Covid-19 Production Times & Showroom Update
Our team is working as quickly and safely as possible but due to the current business guidelines surrounding COVID-19.
There will be delays with processing orders.
- You'll receive digital proofs within 1-3 business days
- Once Approved, production time may take up to 2-3 business days
Pre-ordered items (non-customized):
-Orders will ship within 2-3 business days
Please email us if you need your items by a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rush fees may apply.
Is Your Showroom Open?
- Our showroom is currently not open but we offer curb side pickup.
Digital Proof Policy
What is a digital proof?
- A digital proof is a computer generated file that is provided for all custom orders.
Once you have placed a custom order, the digital proof will be sent via email for your review and approval.
Your Approval is required in order for us to proceed with production.
Can I receive multiple Digital Proofs or compare different fonts?
- 1 complimentary digital proof per item is included with your order + 1 minor adjustment.
Minor Adjustments includes but not limited to:
-Changing the casing (lowercase and uppercase)
-Changing the font style
To see multiple proofs or compare font styles,
we are happy to provide additional proofs for an additional design fee of $5 per proof.

Can I send my Own artwork to be produced?
We gladly welcome custom artwork including Lettering, Graphics and Logos.
We will ask to review the design first to ensure that it is a project that we are able to do.
Please contact us with the proposed design in the requested format.
Specifications for custom graphic engraving & laser cutting:
- Plain Black & Plan White (No grey scales or additional colors)
- Expanded Vector Format (Adobe Illustrator File or pdf)
- Original Artwork file type : Ai
Note: Any pixelation/blurriness shown in the provided artwork will reflect onto the final product. Any thin lines may not show at all (if engraving) or will be very fragile (if laser cutting).
By submitting a personal design you are agreeing to the quality provided.

Do you offer Delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery within 20 km away from L3R 3A1.
Please contact us before placing an order to check our availability.
Delivery starts from $15.
Can I pickup in store?
Yes, We only offer curb side pickup at the moment.
You can place an order in store and choose the pickup in store option upon checkout.
We will give you a call or email as soon as your order is ready to pickup.

Do you offer Returns and Refunds?
No, All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
We pack all items carefully with bubble-wrap and double-lined boxes.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control on how the package is handled when we hand it over to the carrier.
We ship using Canada Post/USPS at this time.
If your package arrived damaged, We would be happy to help you file a claim.
Please contact us providing your contact information as well as the photos of the damaged items.
My order is delayed. How can I check the status?
Canada Post/USPS only offers tracking information for express, expedited and priority shipping in Canada or tracked packet, expedited and express for USA and International shipments.
Tracking information will be provided to eligible shipments as soon as the order has been shipped.
Canada Post/USPS does not have a delivery date guaranteed including express and priority shipments.
